Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which I receive the returned goods or proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed me of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that:
- are made to the customer’s specifications,
- are clearly personalised,
- or are otherwise excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
